Interdiction de Jungkook à l’Ares Garden

𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐧𝐚 | 𝑱𝒆𝒐𝒏 𝑱𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒐𝒐𝒌

The prohibition on Jungkook entering Ares Garden is Chen Wu’s response to Jungkook’s cocaine use and misconduct during a fight. It is both a consequence for violating the club’s standards and an attempt to keep him from carrying the same behavior into other underground boxing venues; Chen Wu makes clear that Jungkook must apologize to Shelby Anderson as well.

Grounds for the prohibition

After a confrontation with Shelby Anderson, Jungkook is left alone at Ares Garden. In the changing room, he sees cocaine scattered across the floor, recognizes it as a substance he had not expected to encounter again, and cleans it up before washing and dressing. The scene connects his return to cocaine with the emotional fallout of his treatment of Shelby Anderson, rather than presenting the drug as an abstract breach of club policy.

Chen Wu is waiting for him at the bar and tells him not to set foot in Ares Garden again until he has done what is required. He identifies several violations: Jungkook has used cocaine, fought while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, and struck a member of the paying audience. Chen Wu stresses that underground boxing still has rules. Jungkook acknowledges the decision and says he will not return.

Enforcement and scope

The ban is not framed as an automatic, clearly dated lifetime exclusion: Chen Wu makes Jungkook’s return conditional on taking the necessary steps, although the passage does not specify a timetable or record that the condition is later met. Chen Wu also says he will notify other clubs, extending the consequences beyond Ares Garden and warning Jungkook that he cannot simply move his misconduct elsewhere.

The exchange ends with Chen Wu placing a hand on Jungkook’s shoulder and adding one more requirement: Jungkook must apologize to Shelby Anderson. He says he will make sure the apology happens and will keep close watch. Jungkook gives a small nod, leaves, and drives toward campus with tears in his eyes, striking the steering wheel with his palm on the way. His immediate distress does not undo the ban; the scene leaves the disciplinary decision in force while making accountability to Shelby Anderson part of its terms.

Significance

The prohibition draws a boundary around the violence of Ares Garden: participation in underground boxing does not excuse drug use, fighting while impaired, or attacking spectators who support the venue. Chen Wu’s response combines exclusion with oversight, applying the club’s standards while attempting to prevent further harm in other clubs.

Its reach is also personal. Chen Wu does not treat Jungkook’s conduct toward Shelby Anderson as separate from the crisis that has unfolded at the club; alongside the sporting penalties, he demands an apology and promises to supervise it. The rule therefore marks a rupture in Jungkook’s relationship with Ares Garden and with his mentor, while leaving open whether Jungkook will meet the conditions for returning.
